AI that handles your accounts admin so you can run the business

Your finances shouldn't need a Friday afternoon to reconcile.

If your accounts still run on spreadsheets, re-keyed invoices and a shoebox of receipts, AI can take over the repetitive work. Your team gets hours back each week, errors get caught before they reach your BAS, and you see where the money is going in real time.

No rip-and-replace. Works alongside Xero, MYOB & QuickBooksYour data stays yours.

Is this your business?

Six signs your accounting system is costing you more than it should

Outdated systems rarely fail all at once. They cost you quietly, a few hours and a few mistakes at a time.

✕ Manual data entry

Someone types invoices in by hand

Every re-keyed number is time spent and a chance for a typo that flows straight into your reports.

✕ Slow month-end

Closing the month takes days

Reconciliation drags on, so you're making decisions on numbers that are already weeks old.

✕ Spreadsheet sprawl

"Final_v3_REAL.xlsx"

Critical figures live in files only one person understands. If they're away, the business is flying blind.

✕ Late payments

Chasing debtors is ad hoc

Overdue invoices slip through because nobody has time to follow up consistently.

✕ BAS stress

Every quarter is a scramble

GST coding gets checked at the last minute, and errors surface when they are hardest to fix.

✕ No visibility

Cash flow is a guess

You can't easily answer "can we afford this hire?" without asking your accountant first.

What AI actually does

Practical automation, not hype

AI in accounting isn't a robot replacing your finance team. It's software that handles the repetitive, rules-based work so your people can focus on judgement calls and clients.

[ receipts → data ]

Reads invoices & receipts

Snap a photo or forward an email. AI extracts supplier, date, amounts and GST, then codes it to the right account.

  • No more manual typing
  • Searchable digital records
[ bank ↔ ledger ]

Reconciles automatically

Bank transactions are matched to invoices and bills as they arrive. You only review the exceptions.

  • Month-end in hours, not days
  • Always-current books
[ ⚑ anomaly ]

Catches errors & fraud

Duplicate payments, unusual amounts, and mismatched GST are flagged the day they happen.

  • Fewer costly mistakes
  • Cleaner BAS lodgements
[ $ forecast ]

Forecasts cash flow

Uses your own payment history to project the weeks ahead, so you see a shortfall before it arrives.

  • Plan hires and purchases
  • Fewer nasty surprises
[ ↻ reminders ]

Chases late payments

Polite, consistent reminders go out on schedule, personalised to each customer.

  • Get paid faster
  • No awkward phone calls
[ ? ask ]

Answers questions in plain English

"What did we spend on freight last quarter?" Get the answer in seconds instead of building a report.

  • Decisions on live numbers
  • Less reliance on one person

Common concerns

Fair questions, straight answers

Will AI replace my finance staff or accountant?

No. It removes the repetitive data work so they can spend time on advice, review and the decisions that need a human. Most businesses find their existing team becomes more valuable, not less.

Is my financial data safe?

We only recommend established tools with bank-grade encryption and Australian or trusted data hosting, and we set up access so each person sees only what they need. Your data remains your property.

Do I have to change my accounting software?

Usually not. Most AI tools connect to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. If you're on something older, we'll show you the simplest migration path and handle it with you.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything it isn't confident about is sent to a person for review. You stay in control, and the system learns from your corrections over time.

Is this only for big companies?

The opposite. Small and mid-sized businesses often see the biggest gains, because one or two people are carrying all the admin and every hour back makes a real difference.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your size and which processes you automate. The review is free, and you'll get a clear quote with the expected time savings before you spend anything.
